Inver Energy purchases the Maxol’s Foynes based oil business. This includes local distributor, Estuary Distribution, and Maxol’s oil importation business at the Irish Bulk Liquid Storage oil terminal in Foynes. This acquisition expands Inver’s oil product to include Petrol, Diesel, Gasoil and Kerosene. Inver will continue to supply oil products to Maxol from Foynes and will also supply other distributors on an ex-rack basis.
