Seven Inver-owned and operated stores have been awarded Gold Standard in the 2024–2025 SPAR 365 Standards Customer Care Programme in the annual assessment conducted by BWG Foods. The recognition highlights outstanding performance across all key aspects of convenience retailing, including customer service, compliance, store presentation, and operational efficiency.

This year’s Gold recipients include SPAR Inver Youghal (Co. Cork), SPAR Inver Castlecomer Road (Co. Kilkenny), SPAR Inver Mallow Racecourse Junction (Co. Cork), SPAR Inver Dungarvan (Co. Waterford), SPAR Inver Bansha Road (Co. Tipperary), SPAR Inver Slieverue Junction (Co. Kilkenny), and SPAR Amber Curraglass (Co. Cork).

The SPAR 365 Standards Programme evaluates participating stores through detailed inspections, compliance checks, and customer service audits, including mystery shopper visits. In total, thirteen Inver SPAR stores received awards in this year’s programme, including six additional Inver service stations recognised for maintaining high retail and service standards throughout the year.
