The company has a network of over 100 branded forecourts operating under the Inver and Amber brands and currently operates 20 convenience stores under both a company-owned company-operated model and a company-owned dealer-operated model.
Based our Blackpool Office & Reporting directly to the Senior Sales & Customer Support, the role is ideal for someone who enjoys an interactive role dealing with customers. The role of the Order Management administrator is an all-encompassing admin role which is centered around providing excellent customer service to our wide customer base and AdHoc support to the sales and wider team when required.
The key roles and responsibilities involved in this role include:
Ø Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Ø Respond to the needs of customers and provide a personalized service
Ø Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
Ø De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
Ø Evaluate customer complaints/problems and provide timely solutions to them
Ø Manage filing, mailing, correspondence and other office admin duties
Ø Seize opportunities to upsell products and services
Ø Monitoring and managing the order process
Ø Acting as the first point of contact for client queries
Ø Dealing with queries related to order, scheduling, deliveries etc.
Ø Compiling weekly/monthly reports for the sales team
Ø Providing admin support to the sales team
Ø Maintaining safety and compliance documentation
Ø Other ad-hoc duties as required
