Inver Retail Conference and Awards 2024
On October 3rd, Inver forecourt partners from all across the country gathered for the Inver Retail Conference and Awards 2024. During the conference, the speakers shared their insights on the current motor fuel landscape and discussed the factors that will influence Ireland’s future trajectory. This was complemented by presentations on topics relevant to forecourt operators and how Inver can support them through significant market and regulatory change. The Inver Retail Awards 2024 celebrated the network’s top businesses. Twelve awards were given to acknowledge exceptional work throughout the Inver network, highlighting the dedication, innovation, and customer focus that our retailers bring to their forecourts and communities every day.
O’Flaherty’s Inver Dingle received the Excellence in Customer Service award for their exceptional customer care
Excellence in Sustainability went to Foley’s Inver Tralee, acknowledging their efforts to reduce their carbon footprint
Moynihan’s Inver Adare claimed the title of Forecourt of the Year – Small
The Heart of the Community award went to Ely’s Inver Urlingford for their consistent involvement in local initiatives, including children’s sports and fundraising
Safety remains a top priority at Inver, and Inver Fermoy earned the Excellence in Safety award for their commitment to a secure work environment for both customers and staff
Ryan’s Inver Newport was recognised as Forecourt of the Year – Medium
Inver Castlecomer Road won Store of the Year for company-operated sites, celebrating their team’s outstanding performance.
The highly anticipated Staff Member of the Year award went to Aadhil Mohammed Raffi from Gleeson’s Inver Hurlers Cross, who was praised for his exceptional service and leadership
Siobhan Willis of Behan’s Inver Castledermot was named Manager of the Year, recognised for her 18 years of dedication and a customer-first mindset
O’Brien’s Inver Bishopstown received two prestigious awards: Forecourt of the Year – Large and Overall Forecourt of the Year, setting new standards for excellence across the board
Finally, the evening’s Lifetime Achievement Award went to Sean Mulrooney, honouring his 40-year legacy in the fuel industry and his significant contribution to Inver’s success
