Product description

Ethanol is a renewable fuel used primarily as a blending component in petrol. It is produced from sustainable feedstocks such as corn, wheat or sugar beet, and certain waste derived materials. Blending ethanol with petrol helps meet Irish and EU renewable energy targets and lowers the carbon intensity of transport fuels.

Application

Blended with conventional petrol for use in cars, motorcycles, light vans, and other petrol-powered equipment. Ethanol blends, such as E10, are supplied in line with Irish fuel regulations and are compatible with most modern petrol engines.
