Product description 

Marine Gas Oil (MGO) is a high-quality distillate marine fuel that meets the ISO 8217:2017 standard. It’s designed for diesel engines and auxiliary machinery on ships. We can supply a wide range of biofuels including HVO (Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil) as well as biodiesel blends such as B20 or B30. With flexible blending capability at our Foynes terminal, we can also provide customised bio-blend gas oil to meet specific customer requirements.

Application

MGO is used in propulsion engines and generators on coastal vessels, ferries, offshore supply ships, and fishing fleets. It’s ideal for operations in ECAs where low-sulphur fuel is required. HVO and biodiesel blends are increasingly adopted in the maritime sector to reduce GHG emissions and improve sustainability. Their usability depends on engine type, fuel specifications, storage conditions, and vessel operations.

All products are compliant with relevant Winter and Summer specifications.
