First Leading Lights for our new forecourt partners O Donovans in Oola

We extend a warm welcome to our new forecourt partners the O’Donovans in Oola, Co. Limerick. The forecourt is situated on the Main Limerick to Tipperary road (N24). They embraced the community connection and commitment through this initiative and nominated Oola GAA Club. Oola GAA club is situated in the village of Oola in east county Limerick. The club fields Gaelic football teams from U10 to adult in both ladies and mens football with total of 4 adult teams with our men playing in the senior championship and the ladies in the intermediate championship. They also have a thriving nursery programme and a very successful Gaelic for Mothers and Others group. Orla O Donovan said “Our recently established Healthy Clubs committee have been trying to keep us all busy during lockdown and we are hugely grateful for this nomination from O’Donovans Inver, the donation will help fund development of our  facilities”

Also in the picture presenting the cheque at the forecourt is Limerick All Ireland winning hurler – Darragh O Donovan who is James and Orla’s son!!

Our thanks to James and Orla for such a great nomination and we wish Inver in Ballylickey and Oola GAA club every success.
