Fourteen Inver service stations have been recognised through this year’s SPAR 365 and MACE Excellence Awards, highlighting strong standards across customer service, retail operations, food safety and quality.

SPAR 365 Awards

Twelve Inver stores achieved SPAR 365 recognition for delivering exceptional standards in retailing this year: Inver Muine Bheag, Inver Slieverue Junction, Inver Castlecomer Road, Inver Borris in Ossory, Inver Macroom Junction, Inver Curraglass, Inver Ballyhooly, Inver Racecourse Junction, Inver Bansha Road, Inver Tipperary Limerick Road, Inver Dungarvan and Inver Lisduggan.

The SPAR 365 Awards, held in association with independent bodies Solution Management Associates (SMA) and Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance (LRQA), recognise SPAR stores that have excelled across retail operations over the past year. Stores are independently assessed across key criteria, including customer service through SMA and food safety, quality and hygiene through LRQA.

MACE Excellence Awards

Inver Glounthaune and Inver Gort Road were also recognised at the recent MACE Excellence Awards. Both stores received the LRQA and BWG Food Safety Award and the MACE Excellence Award, following an intensive inspection process and achieving the required standard for certification.

The recognition reflects the continued focus of Inver’s store teams on delivering consistent standards across the network.
